Instructions to change your Zoho Partner

Please follow these steps to change your current Zoho partner and map your account to us (Leadstalk).

  1. Log in to your Zoho account as the Admin (or Owner).

  2. Navigate to: https://store.zoho.com/html/store/tagyourpartner.html 

  3. Hover over the product/service you wish to re-assign (e.g. Zoho One, Zoho CRM, etc). Click Change Partner.

  4. In the “Partner Code” field, enter: ZLEADSTALK

  5. In the “Reason to change partner” field, type a brief reason 

  6. Click Submit. Once submitted, Zoho will send notifications to you and the previous partner.

Notes:
  1. Only an Admin/Owner can perform this mapping.
  2. Once the change is submitted, it may take some time to reflect while Zoho processes it.
