How to Delete a Product in Zoho CRM

Deleting products in Zoho CRM can be done either from the individual product record or directly from the list view. The options available depend on your access permissions.

Delete a Single Product

Follow these steps to delete one product:

  1. Go to the Products module.

  2. Open the product record you want to delete.

  3. Click the ⋯ (More) menu in the top-right corner.

  4. Select Delete.

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Delete Multiple Products

You can also remove multiple products from the list view:

  1. Go to the Products module.

  2. In the list, tick the checkbox next to the product(s) you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete at the top of the screen.

  4. Confirm when prompted.

Permissions Required

If you don’t see the Delete option:

  • Your Profile may not allow delete actions in the Products module.

  • Contact your CRM Administrator to update your permissions.

Recycle Bin

Deleted products are moved to the Recycle Bin, where they can be restored if needed.
